1100KL not only works as a bariatric scale due to its high weighing capacity of 1000 lbs, but is also portable because there are 2 heavy-duty wheels on one side of the platform so it can be transported much like a dolly. Operate high capacity medical scale using an AC adapter or if you plan on moving the scale around a large facility, such as a hospital, load it up with batteries so you are not required to search for available outlets room to room. 6AA batteries (not included) are needed to operate the scale and make it completely portable.
